About

My name is Levi Neal, I am a 22 year old self-made business owner living in the College Station/ Bryan, Tx area. I grew up in south Texas, in a small town outside of San Antonio called Pearsall. At 12, I started working as a ranch hand for my grandpa, and that’s where I learned how to weld. All through high school I attended agriculture classes and welding classes. Once I got out of high school I managed to find myself a job welding for GATX. While working there, at 19 years old, I realized that I didn’t want to build someone else’s dream anymore, I wanted to build my own. I started Arrowed L with hopes of it becoming a business that provides an open opportunity for hands on workers like myself to develop their craft and success. My top priority was building up the people around me and teaching them how to develop a positive outlook through hands on work.

Arrowed L is not limited to one specialization, it takes on jobs from welding & fabrication to equipment operating. Whatever the job, the quality of the work that gets done is always top of the line, but what matters most is the connections made along the way. At its core, Arrowed L is simply the instrument I use to share the love of God with as many people as possible. With my team, I teach them how God wants to work with you to achieve your goals. Working with me, they learn more than just physical skills; they learn how to problem solve, how to keep themselves held accountable through setting goals and self discipline, and how to trust God full heartedly. I teach them that it’s all for the glory of God, that it’s not your own plan but God’s plan that you get to put into action. With customers, I get to show them God’s love, kindness, and patience through how I carry myself and my team. I’ve had to bear a lot of losses along the way, but through the losses is how I learned how to be a winner. Now, I am blessed to have the opportunity to teach those around me how to be a winner too!
